Meeting Room AV and Video Conferencing in Warwick
Warwick has two very different kinds of office. There are modern units on business parks such as Warwick Technology Park on Gallows Hill, and there are period buildings in the town centre, where a listed façade limits what you can do to a wall. We design, install and support meeting room AV and video conferencing for Warwick businesses of both kinds. Our base at Honiley is about eight miles away, so a site survey is a short drive.

Two kinds of building, two kinds of job
Business park offices. Modern buildings tend to have open-plan floors, raised floors or ceiling voids, and meeting rooms of fairly standard sizes. That suits a standardised approach: the same kit and the same controls in every room, so one set of instructions covers the whole office. Our meeting room service explains how we do this.
Town-centre period buildings. Older offices have thick walls, uneven floors and often high ceilings with hard surfaces, so voices echo and cameras struggle with window glare. If the building is listed or in the conservation area, fixings on walls and ceilings need care. We plan every position on a drawing and use freestanding or reversible mounts where we need to. If a change looks as if it might need consent, we say so at the survey.
What we install
- Huddle rooms: a video bar with camera, microphones and speaker, one-touch join and a tidy wall mount.
- Medium rooms: one or two screens, table or ceiling microphones, an auto-framing camera and wired or wireless sharing.
- Boardrooms: ceiling microphones, flush speakers, a speaker-tracking camera, echo cancellation and one touch panel for the call, lights and blinds.
- Reception screens: digital signage and LED walls.
- Network and cabling: network services and AV racks to support all of the above.
We fit Microsoft Teams Rooms where a business is based on Teams, and BYOD rooms where staff and clients use Zoom, Google Meet, Webex and Teams. Read more about video conferencing and the brands we work with, including Yealink, Logitech, Poly, Crestron Flex and Shure.
From survey to support
- Survey. We visit, look at each room and talk to the people who use it.
- Design. A written proposal with the equipment, positions and what each room will do.
- Installation. Our own engineers install and test. We can work evenings and weekends so that your team is not disturbed.
- Handover. We commission every room and show your staff how to use it.
- Support. Standard Care and Premium Care plans cover health checks, updates and priority support. Premium includes a 48-hour on-site response for critical issues. We can also support systems we did not install.

Questions we get asked
Can you install AV in a listed building?
Yes. We avoid damaging original features, use reversible mounts where we can and plan cable routes carefully. We will tell you at the survey if anything may need consent from the council.
Do we need Teams Rooms or BYOD?
If everyone uses Teams, Teams Rooms gives one-touch join from a table panel. If you use several platforms, BYOD is simpler. We recommend one or the other for each room.
Our meeting room echoes. Can you fix it?
Often, yes. We look at the room first. Acoustic treatment, better microphone positions and echo cancellation can all help.
Can you work outside office hours?
Yes. Evening and weekend installation can be arranged.
