AV Installation for Businesses and Homes Across Warwickshire & the Midlands

Meeting Rooms That Work First Time. Homes That Are Simple to Live In.

Warwick Audio Visual designs, installs and supports AV for two kinds of client: businesses that need meeting rooms and screens that work every time, and owners of larger homes who want a cinema room or smart home that the whole family can use.

For businesses: meeting rooms and boardrooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms and video conferencing, digital signage, LED video walls and support contracts. Planned so every room works the same way.

For homes: dedicated cinema rooms, media walls, Control4 smart homes, Lutron lighting and blinds, Wi-Fi and security. Planned with your architect or builder before the walls are closed.

📍 Based at Holly Farm Business Park, Honiley, near Kenilworth. We work within about 60 miles: Warwick, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Coventry, Solihull, Birmingham, Stratford-upon-Avon, Rugby and the Cotswolds.

Recent projects: a Terracom PA, bell and lockdown system for Stratford-upon-Avon School, and a Control4 smart home in Tanworth-in-Arden.

Why Clients Choose Warwick AV

We have designed and installed AV for offices, schools and private homes since 2018. One team handles design, installation, programming and support, so you have one point of contact from first survey to handover and beyond.

  • Drawn before it's built. You get a clear design and an itemised proposal before work starts. What we draw is what gets built.

  • We never over-specify. We choose the right products for the room and the budget, not the most expensive ones.

  • Right first time. Tidy, ventilated racks, labelled cabling and a properly set-up network, so the system keeps working after we leave.

  • Recognised platforms. Control4, Lutron, Crestron, Sonance and Ruckus. Microsoft Teams Rooms on Yealink, Logitech and Poly hardware.

  • Support after handover. Annual maintenance contracts with remote diagnostics where the system allows.

How a Project Works

  1. Free site survey. We visit the office or home, or review the drawings for a new build, and agree what the system needs to do.

  2. Design and proposal. You get a clear design and an itemised proposal, coordinated with your IT team, architect or builder where needed.

  3. Installation and programming. Cabling, equipment, then programming of control panels, Teams Rooms, lighting scenes and schedules.

  4. Handover and support. We test everything, train your staff or family, and stay on hand for support and maintenance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which areas do you cover?

We're based near Kenilworth and work within about 60 miles: Warwickshire, Coventry, Solihull, Birmingham, Worcestershire, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds. We take on larger projects further afield.

What does a project cost?

Every system is designed around the building, so there is no fixed price list. For a business, cost depends mainly on the number of rooms and the size of each one. For a home, it depends on the number of rooms, whether it's a new build, and the equipment chosen. After the free survey you get an itemised proposal, so you know exactly what's included before you commit.

Can you make all our meeting rooms work the same way?

Yes. We standardise the hardware and the controls across every room, so staff only have to learn one system.

Can you work alongside my architect or builder?

Yes. On new builds, renovations and office fit-outs we prefer to be involved early, so cabling, rack locations and lighting are planned before plastering. We work directly with architects, interior designers, electricians, fit-out contractors and site managers.

Can you add smart technology to an existing home?

Yes. Wireless lighting control, Wi-Fi upgrades, multi-room audio and media walls can all be added to an existing property with minimal disruption. We will advise on what is practical during the survey.

Do you support systems after installation?

Yes. We offer annual maintenance contracts for the systems we install, with health checks, firmware updates and remote diagnostics where the system allows. See our support contracts.
