Tailored Annual Maintenance Contracts
We offer two support tiers to suit your level of usage, complexity, and service requirements — available for both residential and commercial clients.
Tier 1: Standard Care Plan
Ideal for homes or smaller commercial setups with minimal service needs.
Includes:
Annual on-site system health check
Firmware and software updates
Visual inspection of all connected equipment
System diagnostics and performance review
Priority phone and email support (within business hours)
Remote troubleshooting (where applicable)
Tier 2: Premium Care Plan
Designed for larger homes, high-end systems, or business-critical environments.
Includes everything in Tier 1, plus:
Two scheduled on-site maintenance visits per year
48-hour on-site response time for critical issues
Priority access to engineer support
Full system re-calibration if required
Backup of system programming and settings
Emergency support for urgent callouts (including evenings/weekends)
