Smart Home and Home Cinema Installation in Kenilworth
Kenilworth is on our doorstep. Our base at Holly Farm Business Park in Honiley is about five miles from the town centre, so a consultation or a follow-up visit is a short drive. We design, install and support Control4 smart homes, home cinemas, multi-room audio, Wi-Fi and security for Kenilworth households.
Every project starts with a free consultation at your home, or by video call if you prefer.

Kenilworth homes and what they need
Kenilworth has a real mix of housing. Around the High Street and Castle Hill there are timber-framed and Georgian buildings. Roads such as Waverley Road, Station Road and Clarendon Road have detached Victorian villas. Further out there are larger family houses on bigger plots. Much of the older part of town sits in a conservation area.
In a Victorian villa, the question is usually how to get cables from room to room without opening up every wall. We look at floor voids, chimney breasts, loft access and cupboards at the survey and draw the routes before any work starts. Where a cable can't reach, wireless lighting control and carefully placed Wi-Fi access points fill the gaps.
If your house is listed or in the conservation area, we keep equipment out of sight: ceiling speakers, hidden screens, discreet cameras. We will tell you at the survey if an external change, such as a camera on the front elevation, is worth checking with the council first.
What we install
- Control4 smart home control. Lights, heating, music, TV and cameras from one app, a remote or a keypad on the wall. See Control4 smart homes.
- Lighting and blinds. Lutron smart lighting and Lutron shading, set up as scenes such as "Evening" or "Away".
- Home cinema. A dedicated room or a living-room system, with cinema seating if you want it. Read about our home cinema installations.
- Media walls. A bespoke media wall can hide cables and house the TV, speakers and equipment in one piece.
- Wi-Fi and CCTV. A Wi-Fi network planned for the whole house and CCTV and alarms on the same system.
- Electrics. WAV Electrical can look after the electrical side of a project.
A project in four steps
- Consultation. We talk through how the household lives and what you want to improve.
- Proposal. You receive a written, itemised proposal with equipment, room layouts and cable routes.
- Installation. Our own engineers do the work. We can arrange evenings or weekends if daytime visits do not suit you.
- Handover. We show everyone how it works, then stay in touch through a Standard Care or Premium Care plan if you want one.
Close enough to keep it right
A new smart home needs adjusting once the family has lived with it for a few weeks. A scene starts too bright, a keypad button needs a different job. With the town this close, those visits are quick to arrange.

Questions we get asked
Can you work in a listed building or conservation area?
Yes. We plan the work around the building, use hidden or wireless options where needed and keep visible equipment to a minimum. We will say honestly what is practical at the survey.
Can I start with one room and add more later?
Yes. Many Control4 systems begin with lighting and music in a lounge and kitchen, then grow. We design the network and control system so later rooms can be added without starting again.
Can you install while we live in the house?
Yes. We agree working hours with you, protect floors and furniture and leave the house tidy each day.
What happens if something stops working?
Call 01926 934612. Support plan customers get priority help, and Premium customers get a 48-hour on-site response for critical issues.
