What we install
- Hybrid meeting rooms: screens, a camera and a video bar working as one unit, with one-touch join for Teams, Zoom, Google Meet or Webex.
- Glass-walled rooms: many city offices have glass walls and no wall to hang a display from. We use floor stands with a video bar under the screen, so the glass stays clear.
- Table connectivity: power and display connections built into the table, so laptops plug in where people sit.
- Boardrooms: ceiling microphones, speakers, a speaker-tracking camera, and one touch panel.

How a project works
- Survey. We visit, check the rooms, the network and how you use the space, and agree what each room needs.
- Design. You get a written proposal with equipment, layout and what each room will do.
- Installation. Our own engineers fit and test everything. We work around your building's access rules, and we can work evenings and weekends to avoid disrupting your business.
- Handover. We commission each room and train your team.
- Support. Standard Care and Premium Care plans cover health checks, updates and priority support. Premium includes a 48-hour on-site response for critical issues. We can support systems we did not install.

We cover around 60 miles from Kenilworth, which includes Birmingham. We also deliver multi-site installs across the UK.
Can you work in a building we do not own?
Yes. Many offices are leased. We plan around landlord rules and keep fixings to a minimum, and we agree this with you at survey.
Teams Rooms or bring your own device?
Teams Rooms suits a business that uses Teams everywhere. BYOD suits mixed platforms. We will advise room by room.
Do you support the rooms afterwards?
Yes. Our support plans cover health checks, updates and priority help, and we can look after systems another company fitted.
